Emma Claire started having intense stomach pain Sunday during church. We went home and she took some medicine and laid down. No relief. She came and woke me up crying in pain. I called Tara and Hannah Driggers and they both said to go to the ER. We got to the ER around 3pm. They eventually got us a room. The nurse came in to put in her IV. They stuck her once and the vain busted. They started to stick her again and she passed out cold. They finally got the IV in and she got some relief from her stomach pain from that pain medicine. After an ultrasound, CT scan, and blood work, they could not find anything wrong. They then tested her for covid. Well, she tested positive. We began to cancel all of our Christmas plans. We went home around 10:30 pm disappointed and with no answers. The next morning after still having no symptoms for covid we went and got retested. It was negative. We were so excited!
